The Complete Weekend Wedding Package includes the use of the 5-acre estate from Friday at 3:00 p.m. until Sunday at noon for a rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception, all rental equipment including complete tent coverage (if necessary for rain plan) for up to 50 people for the rehearsal dinner, and all rental equipment including complete tent coverage for up to 200 people for the wedding and reception. Friday evening: use of space for rehearsal, rehearsal dinner or family gathering. Unlimited wedding rehearsal time beginning 3 p.m. Friday. Saturday: Use of the Manor House and grounds for your wedding and reception on Saturday. 200 chairs for ceremony and reception Dinning tables, linens, seating for up to 200, Bar or beverage station, dance floor, DJ table, Tables for gifts, buffet, wedding cake, groom's cake 6 guest rooms for Friday and Saturday nights. All rooms have private baths and all amenities. Sleeping accommodations for up to 15 people maximum. Complete gourmet breakfast for both Saturday and Sunday mornings. Check-in is at 3:00 on Friday, checkout is noon on Sunday. Includes complete wedding consultation service: Customized wedding information packet Planning sessions 10-18 months, 6-10 months, 4-6 months, 2 months, 1 month, and 1 week prior to event. Unlimited email and telephone conversations 6 months prior to event Personalized, detailed timeline of entire wedding day Personalized, detailed timeline of ceremony Copies of personalized timelines distributed to all appropriate wedding professionals the day of the event Etiquette advice and guidance with wedding theme selection Recommendations and referrals of up to twelve event service areas of your choice, including, but not limited to: Catering, floral, ceremony musicians, photography, videography, save-the-date cards, invitations, bridesmaid luncheon site, programs, wedding favors, wedding party site to site transportation, all music & entertainment, post-reception party site, and honeymoon coordination. The same package above without the wedding consultation service $13,000 plus 7% tax. The deposit to reserve a date is $2000. We retain this amount as a damage deposit until the first business day after your event. However, it is non-refundable in case of cancellation or change of date. Full payment is due one month prior to your event.
