Basic Weekend Wedding Package. Use of the 5-acre Victorian Estate from Friday afternoon at 3:00 until Sunday at noon.


Use of the 5-acre estate for you and your families beginning Friday at 3:00 until Sunday at noon.

Use of the interior of the 1893 Victorian Manor House and the 4 acres of gardens for your rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception. Plan all celebrations of your wedding weekend anywhere on the property with as much time as you need. Do whatever you want, whenever you want, wherever you want over those three days.

Weekend accomodations for up to 15 people: For your family or your wedding party enjoy all 6 private overnight accommodations in the Manor House, completely equiped and appointed rooms with all amenities, for Friday and Saturday nights. Full gourmet breakfasts are served for overnight guests on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Breakfasts are served bedside, in dining room or in the gardens. 2012-2013 Single day wedding and reception packages

2012-13 Single-day Saturday Package

Saturday's from April through October 2012-13
The package includes use of the ground floor of the Manor House, plus a Bride's Room and a Groom's Room for dressing during the day, the 5-acre grounds, 4 acres of landscaped gardens for a wedding and reception. This provides the entire five-acre estate for your exclusive use on the Saturday for approximately 10 hours beginning at noon and ending at 10:00 p.m. A one-hour rehearsal is also included.
Tent coverage, tables and chairs are included for 100 people.

2012-13 Single-day Sunday Package

Sundays April though October 2012-2013
The package includes use of the ground floor of the Manor House, the 5-acre grounds, and two rooms available for dressing during the day. The property is available for a wedding and reception. An hour's rehearsal time is included.
The property is available at noon on Sunday and for a period of 10 hours.
The bride's room and groom's room are available at 1:00 p.m.
All other guest rooms & equipment and usage are at additional charges.

Ultimate Weekend Wedding & Reception Package 2012-2013



The Complete Weekend Wedding Package includes your exclusive use of the private 5-acre estate from Friday at 3:00 p.m. until Sunday at noon for a rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception, all rental equipment including complete tent coverage (if necessary for rain plan) for up to 50 people for the rehearsal dinner, and all rental equipment including complete tent coverage for up to 200 people for the wedding and reception. The facility can accommodate up to 300.

Friday evening: use of space for rehearsal, rehearsal dinner or family gathering.
Unlimited wedding rehearsal time beginning 3 p.m. Friday.

Saturday: Use of the Manor House and grounds for your wedding and reception on Saturday.
200 chairs for ceremony and reception
Dinning tables, linens, seating for up to 200,
Bar or beverage station, dance floor, DJ table,
Tables for gifts, buffet, wedding cake, groom's cake

6 guest rooms for Friday and Saturday nights. All rooms have private baths and all amenities.
Sleeping accommodations for up to 17 people maximum.
Complete gourmet breakfast for both Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Check-in is at 3:00 on Friday, checkout is noon on Sunday.
