Not always standard at bed and breakfasts, all of our guest accommodations have private baths, dedicated telephone lines and cable televisions. Additionally, our rooms are equipped with coffeemakers stocked with private label coffees and teas, refrigerators, bottled water, irons, ironing boards, luxury bathrobes, towels and quality bath products. The house is fully non-smoking. However the main porches, poolside sitting areas and acres of outdoor areas provide privacy for smokers. On Sundays through Thursdays room rates are based on our breakfast options. We have a no breakfast rate of $89. For $109 we provide a room service Continental Breakfast. We can provide a complete gourmet breakfast during the week for $129, The complete breakfast can be brought to your room as well. Our two-story Penthouse Suite with Jacuzzi and other amenities is $169 during the week and includes a full breakfast. Breakfasts are served at whatever time you like. On Fridays and Saturdays we have three rates. Our two-story Penthouse Suite with Jacuzzi and other amenities is $199. The White and Asian Rooms with king beds are $169. The Garden, English and Safari Rooms with queen beds are $139. The weekend rates include a complete gourmet breakfast. (When considering other hotels note that in this community the tax is 7%. In the Athens area tax is 14%.) |

All rates are for double occupancy. In those rooms that can take more than two adults (the Penthouse and English Rooms) there is an additional $15 charge per person. The Safari Room is dog friendly and can accommodate one large or two small dogs at an additional $15 per dog. The overnight accommodations provide for a maximum of 15 people in the house. We do not have cots nor can we accommodate more than the maximum number in each of our rooms (this old house's plumbing can't keep up with additional demands). Our rates are subject to change on Holidays, UGA Football Game Weekends (2 night minimum stay) and UGA May Graduation Weekends (2 night minimum stay). Please call for details 706-769-2633. Normally, we do not allow children to stay overnight. Exceptions can be made when booking out the entire house. Please contact Ashford Manor for details. For Friday and Saturday nights, we have a 7-day cancelation policy. For all other nights, we have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Ask Our cancelation policy for holidays, football and graduation weekends varies. Please ask us about this at time of booking. |
